Topaz offers breakfast and lunch buffets and à la carte dinner, just steps away from the beach. Chef Pietro serves regional Italian specialities in a spectacular Caribbean beachside setting. Pineapple Grill offers authentic Caribbean dishes and delectable Mexican favourites. Pelican Snack Bar serves pizzas, light lunch and midnight snacks. Lunch is also served daily at the unique ‘Outhouse’, where, from a stunning cliff-top location, Miss Mary serves her famous barbecue ribs and jerked chicken. The resort also features 3 bars, including a piano bar and a disco bar, as well as the Pelican Snack Bar that serves light fare and grilled dishes.

Gardenview Rooms - have a communal balcony or private patio with garden and/or partial ocean views. Rooms with queen-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping up to 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years. Ocean View Rooms - set back in the hillside and overlooking the resort, these rooms have fabulous sea views, private patio or balcony, 1 king-size bed, sleeping max 2 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child with a rollaway bed (these rooms are not suitable for guests with walking difficulties).
Beachfront Rooms - recently refurbished, are located right on the beach and have a communal balcony or private patio. With 2 double beds or 1 king-size bed, sleeping max 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years.
Tropical Waterfront Rooms - beautifully refurbished rooms, set on the water’s edge and featuring private patio or balcony with exquisite views of Long Bay. All rooms equipped with brand new patio/balcony doors, bathrooms with walk-in shower. Rooms have 1 king-size or 2 queen-size beds sleeping 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years.
