Hotel information

This lovely hotel sits on its own 100-acre peninsula at the southeast point of the island, just a 5-min drive from Nelson's Dockyard with its historical buildings, museum and bars. There are 2 beaches, one of them for water sports and the other enjoying refreshing ocean breezes, making it perfect for sunbathing. If you're a tennis fan, this is a great place to come - 6 tennis courts are available for guests and there's a tennis pro available for coaching*. The kids' club is excellent with lots of different activities - and it's open until 10.00pm, meaning you can enjoy a romantic meal for 2 at one of the lovely restaurants. Most fêted of these is Piccolo Mondo, up on the hillside, while the attractive waterside Docksider does a mean steak in candlelit, alfresco surrounds.

Where is it?

On the southeast side of the island, with 2 beaches. 5-min drive to Nelson's Dockyard. Transfer time from airport: 45 min.

Eats and drinks

The Rainbow Garden. The Docksider, Piccolo Mondo (fine-dining Italian, reservations required for dinner, all-inclusive guests pay approx USD45 per adult or child, towards meals) - restaurants open on a rotation basis. 4 bars, garden patio for afternoon tea. Drinks cart serving the beach.

4 swimming pools including a designated family pool and an adults-only tranquillity pool, kids' pool, 6 tennis courts (4 floodlit), gym, daily COMPLIMENTARY activities programme for children and adults, table tennis, FREE water sports: windsurfing, sailing, snorkelling, kayaks and pedal boats for guests staying on an all-inclusive basis. Room-only guests are charged locally. Water-skiing and scuba-diving are also available*. Kids' activity programme (4-12 years, children must be potty-trained).

Premium Rooms - have partial or complete ocean views. Bay Suites - have 1 bedroom with separate living room and ocean or bay view, sleeping max 2 adults and 1 child. 2-Bedroom Villas - spacious living area and 2 bedrooms - both with en-suite bathrooms. An excellent choice for families as they offer a kitchen and large inside or outside living and dining areas with balcony or terrace. Sleep max 6 adults, or 2 adults and 4 children with king-size bed in master, twin-size beds in 2nd bedroom and either rollaway or sofa bed.
