Hotel information
The hotel, built in an island style, seems to blend in wonderfully with
its environment. It lies on a long stretch of white sand beach, and you can spend many a happy
hour indulging in water sports or simply lying back with a good book.
You really can dine around
the world in the various restaurants, and on top of those, you can sample the eateries and
facilities of 2 other local Sandals resorts, with transfers included. This resort attracts a younger
crowd and is one of Sandals liveliest. The entertainment is famous, including beach parties
and cabaret nights.

In Montego Bay. Transfer time from airport: 5 min (please note
there is some aircraft noise).

PRIME MINISTER’S BEACHFRONT SUITE AT THE BAY ROC VILLA - Very large suites located on the second floor of cottages six and eight. Both are directly on the beach, overlooking the Ocean with a spacious living area and dining area. The suites feature a luxurious grand bedroom with mahogany furniture and king size four-poster bed. Each suite has two large screen plasma TV’s, a stocked wet bar, Butler Service, and VIP private airport transfers.
BAY ROC VILLAS PRESIDENTIAL BEACHFRONT ONE BEDROOM SUITE - Suites located on the first floors of cottages 6 and 7. The suites feature large living rooms, separate bedrooms with four-poster beds, marble baths, large patios and mahogany furniture. Each suite includes two large screen plasma TV’s, Butler Service, and VIP private airport transfers, and they are directly on the beach with views of the ocean and gardens.
ULTRA LUXURY BEACHFRONT SUITE OF BAY ROC VILLA - These large suites are located either on the upper level with a Balcony or ground level with a patio, each with an ocean view on the beachfront of cottage 9. Featuring an imposing living room with the bedroom incorporated into one area, the suites feature mahogany furniture with a king size four-poster canopy bed, Bedroom bench with additional storage, two side tables with antique lamps, writing desk & chair, Armoire with drawers, 30” plasma cable TV, decorative wall lamps, electronic safe box, his & her facial sink with mirrors, beautiful framed artwork, & Plantation style shutters. There is a large whirlpool bathtub plus a separate walk-in shower stall in each room. Separate beachfront mahogany electronic entrance door, with an additional mahogany framed glass door leading to the beachfront patio. WATER’S EDGE HONEYMOON PENTHOUSE CONCIERGE ROOM - These extraordinarily large rooms feature mahogany furniture with a king four-poster bed. The bathroom includes a whirlpool tub. All rooms also have very large balconies overlooking the Caribbean.
HONEYMOON GRANDE LUXE BEACHFRONT CONCIERGE ROOM - All rooms are beachfront, have either a patio or balcony and feature a tropical décor.
