In Sarasota, beautiful powdery soft-white sand beaches are just a 20-30min drive away. Combined with year-round sunshine make it a year-round holiday destination. Diving and cycling are popular, and for cultural buffs, there are museums, art galleries, ballet, theatre and opera. Neighbouring Bradenton also boasts art and historical attractions, as well as all types of land and water sports opportunities.
Getting around
Supermarkets and convenience stores are within easy driving distance, including Publix supermarket and Wal-Mart for groceries galore.

There are 2 bathrooms complete with bath, shower and WC. 3-Bedroom Villas sleep up to 6 people and 4-Bedroom Villas sleep up to 8 people. The living room typically has cable TV. The kitchen is large, spacious and well-equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a separate utility area with washing machine, dryer, iron and board. The swimming pool is screened-in with seating and table. Barbecue facilities available for rental.

3 and 4 Bedroom Superior Villas are larger with additional living area, upgraded kitchen appliances and counters, flat screen TV in the main living area, free high Speed wireless Internet access, TV in the Master suite and all homes have fantastic Lake or Golf Course views.
