Virgin Holidays - all inclusive package holidays and family holiday deals

In Maui;

In a nutshellIn a nutshell

Maui is the second largest of the Hawaiian islands, and is known as 'The Valley Island' due to the 2 volcanoes of Haleakala and Puu Kukui which dominate the skyline. There's an amazing selection of fine sandy beaches and water sports like surfing and windsurfing are popular. Although both our hotels are on beautiful beaches, you should also take the time to check out Slaughterhouse Beach on Honolua Bay where you can bodysurf and Hookipa Beach where you can watch expert windsurfers flinging themselves off waves. The abundance of marine life in the crystal-clear waters makes snorkelling and diving a fantastic experience - particularly at Molokini's sunken crater, while and between December and April you can go whale watching. Elsewhere, you'll come across rainforests, eucalyptus groves, fields of sugar cane, palm trees and forest trails taking you to tucked-away waterfalls, cliffs and caves. Maui has a fascinating multi-cultural history, deliciously reflected in its cuisine - you'll find everything from sushi to Thai green curries and grilled steaks.
