From our dedicated airport team providing meet-and-greet assistance for all our Virgin Holidays' arrivals 7 days a week on VS43 and BD751, to our expert team of resort representatives, we are on hand to answer all your questions. With 2 convenient welcome briefing locations, one at the Fusia Restaurant and Lounge inside the Luxor and the other at the Planet Hollywood restaurant inside the Forum shop at Caesars Palace. In addition, our NEW dedicated service centre desk is located in the main registration lobby of the Luxor, which is open 7 days a week at specified times. Please see your rep upon arrival for meeting/service centre current times.
