Relax in the clubhouse before you fly
The Virgin Atlantic Clubhouses at Heathrow and Gatwick are an oasis of calm
in a sea of noise and bustle. You can be pampered with a massage, manicure or
a haircut, be served drinks and be tempted with our delicious menu. You can
also use our full business facilities or simply find a quiet space to read the
paper.
Now pre-bookable at £35 per person for Gatwick and £60 per person for Heathrow
(min age 12 years), if you are flying with Virgin Atlantic.
The Heathrow Clubhouse has been designed to give the feel of a private
members club. Inside you’ll find a 14 metre long cocktail bar. There’s also our new spa, Cowshed at the Clubhouse and a
hairdressing salon, Bumble and bumble at the Cowshed.

Lounges
Twilight Check in
This service is available for all Virgin Atlantic passengers between noon and
9:00pm at Gatwick and allows you to check in the night before your flight -
located at Virgin Atlantic's check in desks (Zone A, South Terminal).
Online Check in*
Just go to www.virginatlantic.com/diy - It allows you to beat the queues and check in from home any time between 24 hours and 2 hours prior to departure. You can now also print your boarding card from home (available on selected routes only, some airports do not accept these boarding cards). Online check in will also allow you to choose the seat you like. Seats in exit rows can only be allocated at check in and then only to passengers who are over 16 years and physically fit. Bulkhead seats are reserved for those requiring a SkyCot for infants under 12 months. To reserve a bulkhead seat please call Virgin Atlantic on 0871 231 0231 (Mon-frin 9.00am-5.30pm).
*Online Check In is available when travelling to all destinations except Nigeria and when travelling to the UK from Havana, Grenada and Tobago. If travelling to or from the US, passport details and permanent resident card details (if you are a US citizen holding a permanent resident card) will be required. Non US citizens also need to provide address details of their first night stay in the US to complete the check-in process. This service is available to all Virgin Atlantic passengers except: unaccompanied minors; young persons travelling alone; customers required by Virgin Atlantic to see a member of staff before checking in; some customers booked as part of a group or corporate group; customers checking in firearms; customers who are already checked in.

Sort out your seat in advance
A limited number of seats are available for advanced seating from 336 days
before your return flight to 24 hours before your departure. To request your
seats visit www.virgin.com/atlantic.
Be sure to have your Virgin Holidays booking reference to hand to retrieve your
booking and access the seat map. Seats in exit rows can only be allocated at
check-in and then only to passengers over 16 who are physically fit!
