Topaz serves Caribbean/International à la carte and buffet style (reservations are required), Pineapple Grill serves Caribbean specialities and Mexican favourites 3 times a week (reservations are required). Chef Pietro’s offers delicious Italian à la carte dining 2 nights a week (reservations are required). Barbecue lunch is served daily from a stunning cliff top location by Miss Mary at the unique "Outhouse". 6 bars including: The Outhouse, serving light snacks, beer and sodas 12.00pm - 5.00pm; The Pelican, open 11.00am-6.00pm for light snacks and between 11.00pm - 1.00am for late snacks, beers and sodas. Piano Bar, serving early morning coffee, afternoon tea and 24hr coffee station, Aqua Bar and Pineapple Sports Bar. Bars open at different times.

Garden View Rooms – are larger and have a communal balcony or private patio with garden and/or partial ocean views. Rooms with queen-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping up to 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.
Ocean View Rooms – set back in the hillside and overlooking the resort, these rooms have fabulous sea views, private patio or balcony, 1 king-size bed, sleeping max 2 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child with a rollaway bed.
Beach Front Rooms– are located right on the beach and have a communal balcony or private patio. With 2 double beds or 1 king-size bed, sleeping max 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years.
Water Front Rooms - Beautifully refurbished with private patio or balcony that gives exquisite views of Long Bay. All rooms equipped with brand new front and patio/balcony doors, bathrooms with walk-in shower. Rooms have 1 king-size or 2 queen-size beds sleeping 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
