Hotel information

Set on one of Cuba's most beautiful beaches, the Blue Beach of Varadero, this is a great complex with a fantastic range of amenities. There are several restaurants to choose from, serving a range of dishes, and the bars are open 24 hours a day, premium brands included, so there's no need to watch the clock for last orders! There are 2 swimming pools to lounge by, 1 reserved for sports and games and 1 huge freeform pool with a children's section. The young ones will also love the activities on offer at the baby and mini-clubs, allowing you time to soak up the sun in perfect peace. When feeling active, the list of activities is almost endless! You can try your hand at a variety of water sports, including kayaking. For those who prefer terra firma, bag yourself a cycle and explore your surrounds or head to the golf course 4 miles away*. For pure indulgence, hydromassages* are available, as is a spot of mud therapy* - very good for the skin. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with all the mod cons necessary to make your stay a pleasurable one. At night, enjoy a cocktail at one of the bars overlooking the ocean, before deciding whether to head for the Italian, Caribbean, international gourmet, Steak House or Japanese for your evening meal. On the white sands of Varadero, a 15-min drive from downtown Varadero. Located within the Varadero Ecological Reservation.

Getting around

All amenities are within easy walking distance, including the Varadero Shopping Centre a few yards away.

Eats and drinks

7 restaurants: Stella di Mare (Italian), Turey (gourmet), Ara (buffet), Caribbean, Steak House, Japanese, Chiringuito (snack bar, open for lunch) Reservations required for any á la carte restaurant at night. Dress code in effect at night. 4 bars, including 24-hour Cosubi. Reservations are required at all speciality restaurants.

Fun pub open 7.30pm-2.00am. Nightly live entertainment and mini-show for children.

2 swimming pools (1 with children's section), tennis, fitness centre with sauna, massage*, Jacuzzi, 18-hole golf course nearby*, 3 floodlit tennis courts, table tennis, pool tables and volleyball. Catamaran sailing. Banana boat and water-skiing six times a week, prior reservation needed. Baby club (1-4 years), Kids-club (5-12 years) and Mini Disco in the evenings (5-12 years).
