Enjoy cool trade winds, warm hospitality and a variety of land and sea activities at this majestic Palladian resort, designed to reflect Grenada's image of style and sophistication. A great destination for beach lovers, it's also really popular with families, due to its kids' club, playground and kids' paddling pool with waterfall. The well shaded beach also boasts safe, shallow waters, perfect for little ones to splash about in. Modern and spacious, all accommodation enjoys either hillside, lake or ocean views across Tamarind Bay to the island's capital, St George's. Activities on the beach include windsurfing, Hobie Cat sailing, snorkelling and scuba-diving, or simply lie back and soak up the Caribbean sun. There's a fitness centre for the sports enthusiast plus tennis and volleyball courts for a bit of good-natured competitive sport. The swimming pool has an excellent terrace, which is home to Spicers Bistro serving light lunches and refreshments. Afternoon tea is also served at the Courtyard Café. The gardens are well maintained and ideal for a pre-dinner stroll around the lake to work up an appetite. The International Restaurant offers buffet-style dining and barbecue fare, in a beautifully designed room with gorgeous views. For fine dining, head to The Oriental restaurant to sample gourmet Far Eastern cuisine. The Tamarind Lounge is a lively venue for after-dinner drinks with live music to get those feet dancing!
