Where is it?
A 27 acre property (including a 10-acre fitness complex) located at the western tip of Jamaica, overlooking a pristine stretch of Negril's 7-mile beach. Transfer time from Montego Bay airport: 1 hour 30 min. Transfer times from Kingston airport take considerably longer.

312 Caribbean-style rooms and suites, in 2- and 3-storey buildings spread throughout 17 acres of tropical landscaping. Garden Rooms are located on the perimeter of the property with views of the gardens. All with balcony/terrace, air-conditioning, iPod docking station, telephone, safe, iron and board, shower and hairdryer. Rooms with 1 king-size bed.
Room Upgrade
Atrium Rooms – as above but centrally located. Each block consists of 4 Atrium Rooms with a central Atrium in the building, they have a hammock on the balcony/terrace.
Garden/Ocean/Beachfront Verandah Rooms – situated in 3-storey accommodation and in addition to the above, have a balcony/terrace with sofa, chairs and table, satellite TV, fully stocked mini-bar and bathtub with shower.
Beachfront Suites – also have a stocked mini-bar and are located along the beach path with views of the Caribbean Sea.
Beachfront and Great House Jacuzzi Suites are also available.
