Hotel information

Having recently undergone extensive renovation, the small, intimate, all-inclusive Royal Decameron offers a good standard of accommodation with all low-rise rooms boasting stunning ocean views. Staff are friendly and attentive and the rooms are clean and spacious. One pool is shaded for those seeking a respite from the sun, or head to the beach. The hotel's located at the beginning of the 'Hip Strip', so there are shops, bars and markets within easy reach.

Where is it?

On the beach in Montego Bay, amongst a range of nightlife options and casinos, and 5 miles from several golf courses. Transfer time from airport: 10 min.

Eats and drinks

Passa Passa (a buffet-style restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner), the Souk (open in the evenings, serving an à la carte fusion of Jamaican cuisine, The Baba Roots lobby bar, pool bar, Zion Beach and Restaurant bar (open 11.00am-11.00pm).

Entertainment

Evening entertainment, including live shows, themed dinners and a disco open until 2.00am.

Fun and games

2 swimming pools (1 has a swim-up bar, 1 is shaded), Jacuzzi, sauna, water sports, including beach/pool volleyball, sailing, kayaking and snorkelling. A FREE diving clinic is available in the pool. A massage therapist offers massages by the Jacuzzi at an extra charge. Theme nights at restaurants, including Jamaican, Italian and Oriental nights. Evening entertainment, including live shows, themed dinners and the disco. There are bars and nightlife available on the 'Hip Strip'.
