Take the ninety steps down to the sand and you’ll find a rustic beach bar serving up lunch time grills, freshly squeezed juices and wonderful rum concoctions. Kayaks, snorkels and hobie cats are complimentary to guests or you can take some tuition for a fee. Spa Maison and the fitness centre are available for further rejuvenating body and mind; on hand there is a pilates - yoga instructor and a fitness trainer to lead morning jogs across the estate. The Cap Estate’s rolling hills have also become home to the 18 hole St. Lucia Golf & Country Club. Guests at Cap Maison benefit from concessionary golf at this beautiful and challenging championship course which extends virtually from the Caribbean to the Atlantic coastlines (a complimentary shuttle takes approx. five minutes).

Room info

Garden View rooms are stylishly appointed with furnished verandas, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, flat screen TV, BOSE iPod docking stations, DVD music centres, mini bar and WiFi. Spacious Villa Suites all have fully equipped kitchens (including large fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave) and oversized indoor and outdoor living space. Bathrooms include large bath tub, marble basins and shower. Decor is natural and features original pieces by local artists. The suites can be configured with one, two or three bedrooms and one of the bedrooms has its own access – perfect for extended families, groups and those with older children. Courtyard Villa Suites overlook a central pool set in a Mediterranean courtyard. Ocean View Villa Suites come in three varieties. Some are split level with a Jacuzzi on the balcony, some are ground floor with private pool and the most spectacular are those on upper levels with a staircase leading to the private roof terrace with pool.
