Anse La Raye offers a traditional Friday-night fish feast. Head down to the quaint village of Anse La Raye where you'll get the chance to sample a wide variety of fresh fish cuisine cooked and prepared by the locals, who have centuries of fishing tradition behind them. In this wonderful natural setting you can browse, chat or even shake a leg or two once the music starts. The atmosphere is festive yet casual and relaxing, and offers an authentic taste of village life. (Fish/drinks not included.)

Step back through the mists of time to this magnificent 300-year-old cocoa and coffee plantation. Feel the breeze through your hair as you travel through lush, green rainforest by open-top jeep to the beautiful town of Dennery. You can try 'dancing the cocoa' and swim in the waterfall before sampling a veritable feast set against the backdrop of the majestic Plantation House. For lunch you will sample delicious, locally grown, fresh produce. Capture on film some fantastic memories of this amazing plantation safari.

Set sail on the majestic tall ship Brig Unicorn, as it hugs the dramatically beautiful coastline. Marvel at the myriad changing colours as the sizzling St Lucian sunset dips towards the Caribbean Sea. The colourful steel pan band will entertain you with the pulsating rhythms of the tropics. Sip your Champagne and enjoy the local delicacies under a blanket of stars a sparkling balmy evening with all the right ingredients combined... this is a fine recipe for romance!

Experience the fun and exhilaration of a day at sea on board the tall ship Brig Unicorn. A taxi will whisk you to meet your vessel for the day, then settle down on the deck and sail down the coast viewing the scenic coastline and bustling fishing villages. On arrival in Soufrière (nestled below the majestic Pitons) visit the Sulphur Springs, drive-in volcano (hold your nose here!), and pretty waterfall. Capture the highlights of St Lucia's former capital. Back to the ship for lunch and a refreshing stop at Anse Cochon for swimming before finally sailing through the famous Marigot Bay, the location for the film Dr Doolittle.
