On Great Bay Beach on the Dutch side of the island. Transfer time from airport: 25 min.

Eats and drinks

3 restaurants: Bay View Restaurant overlooking the pool and sea, serving buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Molasses Restaurant, an elegant indoor restaurant for evening dining, offering choice menus; fully air-conditioned, overlooking the sea and harbour (reservations required). La Cucina - fully air-conditioned Italian restaurant serving traditional and authentic dishes, open for dinner only (reservations required). The Anchor Bar, swim-up pool bar, The Bay View Bar on the main pool deck, Lobby Bar, The Living Room bar located in the bar area (not all bars and restaurants will be open at the same time). The Molasses and La Cucina are open nightly on rotation.
