The Turtle Beach Resort not only has a fantastic location on the beautiful volcanic sands of Courland Bay, but is also proud to boast that is has the largest lagoon-style swimming pool on the island - great for sun-worshippers of all ages.
Whether you choose the swim-up bar or the beach bar, you can take your choice for that sneaky afternoon cocktail! For those more active, the water sports centre offers a wide range of sea-based activities, including sailing and scuba-diving with everyone from beginners to the more advanced catered for. Dining is usually a casual affair and Kiskadee Restaurant always offers a great selection of Creole and international dishes. After dinner, you can enjoy some authentic Caribbean entertainment, including steel pan, local bands and cultural shows. With all rooms boasting a sea view, you can't go wrong with this great value hotel. And from Mar-Jul, giant leatherback turtles come and lay their eggs right on the beach. Later, the baby turtles hatch to make their perilous way to the sea - a wonderful sight to behold!

On Great Courland Bay, 20 min to Scarborough. Transfer time from airport: 25 min.
Eats and drinks
The Kiskadee restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner offering a selection of buffet, barbecue and à la carte dining (supplements apply on some items). The Crusoe Bar and lounge for pre-dinner drinks. The Surf Bar overlooking the beach open until 11.30pm.

Lagoon-style swimming pool with swim-up bar and whirlpool. Separate children's pool and play area. Jacuzzi. Water sports, including windsurfing, Sunfish sailing and snorkelling. Scuba-diving*. 125 rooms on up to 3 floors in 2 buildings with no lifts. All with balcony/patio overlooking the ocean, air-conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, tea/coffee-making facilities, fridge and hairdryer. Standard Sea-facing Rooms contain either 1 king-size bed, 2 doubles or 2 twin beds, sleeping max 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children. Rollaway bed on request in certain rooms. Some interconnecting rooms. Standard Rooms are not interconnecting.
Room Upgrade
Turtle Sea-facing Rooms - these are similar to Standard Rooms but have a TV and fridge (stocked every 4 times per week with soft drinks and local beer). FREE room service. Room contains either 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds. Does not include double beds. Comfort Sea-facing Rooms are Family Rooms, that contain all the amenities of a standard room but includes an extra double bed in a Partitioned Room.
