Flight details - Fly direct with Virgin Atlantic from London Gatwick or Manchester to Barbados or fly from London Gatwick with Virgin Atlantic or Manchester with bmi to Antigua. Palm Island is a 50-min hop from Barbados to Union Island with a short final ferry journey. The British Virgin Islands are reached via Antigua with a 1-hour connection flight to Beef Island and land transfer to Long Bay.
