Designed in the style of a Mexican hacienda, this striking hotel sits in 71 acres on a long, white sand Caribbean beach where waiters will bring refreshments to you at your lounger.
At the centre of the resort is a huge freeform swimming pool with a swim-up bar, and there's a fabulous spa, so there's no excuse for not relaxing! If you are looking for a little activity, however, there are lots of things to do on land and sea, and trained instructors are on hand to help. Every floor of the hotel has its own personal concierge, and the rooms have tropical hardwood furniture, fine fabrics and marble floors.
