Hopping between Caribbean islands is quite easy, so how about a 'weddingmoon'? The idea is that you have your wedding on one island, together with your family and friends, and spend your honeymoon elsewhere. You could marry in Barbados, then honeymoon in St Lucia, or tie the knot in Antigua before hopping off to the seclusion of Grenada: a great idea.

A will take you through the essentials of a Virgin Caribbean Wedding.
What's included in a Virgin Wedding?
You'll notice we quote up to 3 different packages at each hotel or venue. The
basic wedding cost usually includes:
- The Ceremony
- Bouquet for the Bride and Buttonhole for the Groom
- Bottle of Sparkling Wine to start your celebrations!
- The Cost of your Marriage Licence (in Barbados, St Lucia, Jamaica and Antigua)
Naturally, lots of 'extras' are available, so that you can tailor-make the
perfect wedding for you.
What kind of ceremony is it?
Most Virgin weddings will be non-denominational services, conducted by a Notary, Justice of the Peace, Minister or Registrar.
You'll obtain the marriage licence simply and easily in resort, using your
passport and birth certificate as ID.
What else will we need?
Only Mexico requires a blood test, before a licence can be granted. If you've
been married before you'll need the documents pertaining to that. We'll tell
you exactly what you need when you contact us.
Is it legal?
Yes, all Virgin Weddings are completely legal!* The local authority will send
you your marriage certificate**
What days can we get married on?
Weddings take place Mon-Fri only (excluding public holidays). The majority
of locations require a minimum 3 day residency period (not including your day
of arrival).
How much notice is required?
As much as possible, especially if you require lots of 'extras' (most people
do!). Also, always have a back-up date in mind, just in case!
Can I change the date of my wedding?
Once we've sent you written confirmation of your wedding date you can still
change the date (subject to availability), but a £25 per person charge
will be made to cover our administration costs (as per our booking conditions).
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of £100*** per couple is required at the
time of booking your wedding.
Where do I put my wedding attire?
Your wedding dress forms part of your baggage allowance and is carried in the
hold of the aircraft - you can't hang it in the cabin unfortunately.

to be conducted abroad and legally recognised in your country of origin.
