Board this spectacular superliner and cruise from the crystal-clear waters of
Barbados and experience San Juan, one of the oldest cities in the Western
Hemisphere, where you can see the amazing El Morro Fort then visit the volcanic
peaks and pools of Dominica. Call at St Thomas, home to historic sights, such as a
17th-century plantation.
Fresh from a multi-million dollar refurbishment, the Carnival Destiny looks fantastic. There are no fewer
than12 decks offering great entertainment and amenities, including a variety of eateries, bars, nightclubs,
duty-free shopping, as well as 3 pools and Spa Carnival. The Carnival Destiny’s home is San Juan, where most
passengers start their cruise, however, Virgin Holidays’ guests have special permission to join the ship on
Wednesday in Barbados.

Thu: St Lucia
8.00am: You arrive into St Lucia.
Boasting some of the Caribbean’s
best mountain scenery,the
volcanic Island of St Lucia is
covered in lush vegetation. You
can hire a jeep and wander where
the fancy takes you. The Pitons
are an essential stop, as are the
drive-in volcano and botanical
gardens. You depart at 5.00pm.
Fri: Antigua
8.00am: Located in the middle of
the Leeward Islands, in the
eastern part of the Caribbean,
Antigua is a wonderful holiday
destination with something for
everyone. Very laid-back, it has
beaches galore, safe waters and
a nearly unbroken wall of coral
reef. Horatio Nelson’s fully
restored dockyard is an excellent
way to spend your day. Depart
6.00pm.
Sat: St Kitts
7.00am: You arrive at St Kitts to
warm waters and sandy beaches.
Why not take in the delights of
the very pretty capital,
Basseterre, with quaint shopping
areas and excellent examples of
Creole and West Indian
architecture? Depart 4.00pm.
Sun: San Juan, Puerto Rico
7.00am: Historic San Juan, once
nothing more than cobblestone streets and the distinctive
architecture of the Spanish who
founded it, is now a modern
world capital, a city where the
old world meets the new – and
you can enjoy them both. Depart
at 10.00pm.
Mon: St Thomas
7.00am: Not all of St Thomas’s
treasures are buried. Most of
them are right in the open on this
gorgeous Island, home of the
infamous Bluebeard’s Tower.
Why not shop for duty-free
trinkets and bargains before
heading to one of the amazing
beaches this Island has to offer?
Depart at 5.00pm.
Tue: Dominica
10.00am: Set halfway between
Guadeloupe and Martinique,
you’ll find Dominica, the largest
and most mountainous of the
Windward Islands. Abundant with
rushing rivers, cascading
waterfalls and lush rainforests,
Dominica is a treasure chest of
hidden natural wonders. Explore
the beauty of this tropical
rainforest paradise with a hike up
to one of the shimmering
waterfalls, or a tour through the
capital of Roseau. Depart at
6.00pm.
Wed: Return to Barbados
8.00am: You arrive back into
Bridgetown, Barbados. Where will
you go now? Maybe another few
days on this amazing Island?

visit St Kitts on Thur and Dominican Republic
on Fri and Sat.
For Sailings 05 Mar and 19-26 Mar ’08, the
