Terms and conditions

All competition entries must be received by 15 September 2007
The prize is for 1 family holiday for 2 adults and up to 2 children (including economy flights and 7 nights All Inclusive accommodation in a deluxe room at Dreams Tulum in Mexico)
All parties must travel together and must each hold a full current EU passport.
The prize is strictly subject to availability, cannot be taken during peak seasons (Easter, July, August, December and New Year and further black out dates, which may include April 07, 01Jul-15 Sep 07 and 10 Dec 07-10 Jan 08)
Travel must be taken between 16 Sep 07 and 31 Dec 2008 and cannot be confirmed until 90 days prior to departure. Travel must be booked at least 14 days before departure.
The prize will be drawn on 30 Sep 07 and winners will be notified by telephone using the number provided on the entry form
Prize winners must have an adult travelling in the party over 18
Prize-winners are responsible for all flight and airport fees, departure and government taxes
Virgin Holidays reserve the right to relocate prize winners from the stated resort to an alternative resort if rooms become unavailable for the travel dates requested
Holiday insurance is not included and must be purchased before travel
There is no cash alternative to the prize & spending money is not included
Availability is limited and the prize is not transferable
