We've got a fantastic team of trained specialists at our call centre, armed with knowledge of the area
you want to travel to. Additionally, our family hotline operates between 6.00pm-10.00pm on weekdays and all over
the weekend, when we'll do our best to put you through to one of our mums or dads who work here in the call
centre, with first hand knowledge of holidaying with kids!
Interest free payment
If you prefer to pay for your holiday in instalments, this is a great way to help you budget for your family
holiday. Take advantage of our interest-free direct debit option and spread your payments over time. There
are 2 easy ways to pay:
- Option 1: If you have booked at least 4 months before travel, you can advise us to take set amounts from
your bank account up until 8 weeks before departure
- Option 2: Just advise us of your account details and we can debit the balance 8 weeks before departure.

When you fly with Virgin Atlantic, you have a baggage allowance of 23kg per person on worldwide flights, and
two pieces at up to 23kg on Transatlantic and Caribbean flights. So you can pack to your hearts content,
without leaving behind any of those little extras that are so important to the kids!
Beat the queues
Queuing with children is no fun. That's why our check in options are designed to take some of the stress out of
travelling. Twilight check in means you can check in between noon and 9.00pm the day before your flight. In the
morning, you can walk past the queues and head for departures.

A friendly face in resort
Our caring and knowledgeable Virgin Resort Team is always on hand if you need them to provide information or
reassurance. Most resorts have dedicated reps and should you need emergency help, there's always someone at the
end of the phone - 24 hours a day. In other resorts, we've trusted local reps with whom we have worked with for
a number of years, to provide expert assistance.
Coming home
Check in chill out
Available in Barbados, Antigua and St Lucia, this service allows you and the kids to enjoy a few extra hours
on the beach. Check in from the comfort of your hotel and arrive at the airport no more than 50 minutes before
your flight departs.
Downtown Disney
This COMPLIMENTARY service is exclusive to Virgin Holidays' guests. On your day of departure, simply take
your luggage to the Downtown Disney check-in area (the desk opens at 8.00am) and receive your boarding pass and
seat assignment. You're then free to enjoy the rest of your day before heading home, so take advantage and enjoy!
