These superb individually decorated homes in Fort Myers are located in the small, quiet developments of Wellington or Colonial Pointe. All are privately owned, well equipped and maintained to very high standards. They boast private screened swimming pools with lake views or, for a change of scene, are no more than a 10-min drive from the beach. Houses typically have 1 master en-suite bedroom with king - or queen-size bed, a 2nd bedroom with queen-size or double bed and a 3rd/4th bedroom with 2 twin beds. There are typically 2 bathrooms, with 1 en suite to the master bedroom. 3-Bedroom Houses sleep up to 6 people. 4-Bedroom Houses sleep up to 8 people.
There is a large, spacious living and dining room with reclining chairs and cable TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American-style fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, iron and board.
There is a private screened swimming pool and a deck with chairs and table. Most are solar heated, but additional electric heating is available for approx $120 per week (payable locally, subject to change). It is advisable that guests request this at the time of booking.
