Surrounded by acres of lakes, trees and woodlands, Lindfields is one of the most popular developments in central Florida! It enjoys a prime location in western Kissimmee, just off Highway 192 and only a few minutes' drive from the Disney Maingate area.
The homes are divided between 2 areas - the main Lindfields Estate and the Lindfields Reserve, which is a small gated community. All come in a variety of styles with every modern convenience included for your comfort. Once inside your house, you'll be impressed by the spacious, airy interiors and home-from-home feeling you'll no doubt experience straight away!

Houses situated on the main Lindfields Estate have 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10. They have a master bedroom usually with an en-suite bathroom. The extra bedrooms typically have 2 twin beds or a double bed in each, plus at least 1 additional bathroom. Houses situated within Lindfields Reserve have 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, 1 with king-size bed and 1 twin-bedded room whose bathroom has a walk-in shower with handrails. A 3rd bedroom is located on the ground floor in a separate annexe with an independent entrance. The 1st-floor bedrooms have twin beds. Typically, the swimming pool and patio area are fully screened. All houses are non-smoking. A deposit card is required, approx US$250. Credit cards accepted. The houses shown are only representative of the standard of accommodation available. Please Note: Guests may request to stay in either the Lindfields Estate or the Lindfields Reserve; we will do our utmost to meet your request, but cannot guarantee it. Only guests with limited mobility will be accommodated in the Lindfields Reserve as these houses have wider door frames, a roll-in shower with handrails and tiled floors (except bedrooms).

After picking up your hire car at the airport, simply follow instructions to your respective welcome office to pay the required security deposit and receive details of which house you have been allocated.
