Choose between a 4- or 5-Bedroom House on this private estate. Typically, the ground floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 with king-size bed and en-suite facilities, 1 with queen-size bed and 1 twin-bedded room. The 1st floor bedrooms have twin beds and 2 further bathrooms. All bedrooms have dimmable table lamps, and linen and towels are supplied. The living room is large and airy with reclining sofas, cable TV, DVD and a CD player. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen, which includes fridge with ice maker, dishwasher and microwave, also has a seated breakfast area. The swimming pool is screened-in with a reel-out pool cover provided to retain heat overnight and an additional electric heating option available (local charge). The sun deck is furnished with tables, chairs and sunloungers. Communal facilities include a full-size football pitch, tennis and basketball courts, children?s playground, nature trail and picnic area. All houses are non-smoking. A deposit card is required, approx US$250. Credit cards accepted. The houses shown are only representative of the standard of accommodation available.
