If you're looking for something really special, our Superior Houses in Orlando really are a cut above the rest. They are all large, beautifully designed houses in some of the area's most exclusive, prestigious neighbourhoods. They have more expensive furniture and interior decoration.
They are furnished to an extremely high standard with fabulous top-of-the-range kitchen and audiovisual equipment. Outdoors, too, they have extremely high-quality specifications. For instance, they may have designer swimming pools and beautifully landscaped outdoor areas, with upmarket designer pool furniture.

4-Bedroom Superior Houses have a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There are 3 other bedrooms, in most cases 1 with a full-size bed and 2 with twin beds. There are 1 or 2 additional bathrooms. Houses sleep max 10 persons because a queen-size sofa bed is generally available in the living room. 5-Bedroom Houses also have a 2nd bedroom with a double bed and 1 or 2 additional bathrooms. They sleep max 12 persons, as a queen-size sofa bed is generally available in the living room - please request this at time of booking, if you need it. Please Note: All houses are non-smoking. You will need to leave a security deposit of approx US$250 upon check in against breakages. Major credit cards, travellers' cheques and cash are accepted. Debit cards will not be accepted. If the deposit is paid by travellers' cheques or cash, it may take up to 30 days for these to be returned to you by post.
