Although they don't have their own pools, they are located near to the all-important clubhouse, swimming complex and spa. Also very handy is the Publix supermarket and the other shops of the Berry Town Centre shopping area, just a block's walk from Regal Palms Resort.

Regal Palms Resort & Spa is located approximately 10 miles from Disney, on Sand Mine Rd, just off Hwy 27, between Hwy 192 and Interstate 4.

The Bar & Grill at Regal Palms is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and serves a wide variety of American and European cuisine.

Regal Palms has created the ultimate environment for families offering a water park, complete with waterslide, outdoor hot spa and lazy river, arcade/game room and children's playground. Spa offering massage, facials, nail and beauty treatments. Fitness center. Weekend entertainment is also provided and includes karaoke, kids movies, hair braiding and other fun activities for children.

The living/dining area has a double sleeper sofa, meaning a max of 8 people can be accommodated. The 3-bathroom, 4-Bedroom Townhouses have a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a double bed in the 2nd bedroom and twin beds in the other 2 bedrooms. They also have a double sleeper sofa in the living/dining area and sleep max 10 people. Please Note: All houses are non-smoking. Guests will need to provide a credit card upon check-in for incidentals. what’s it like?
Highlands Reserve is a resort complete with the excellent, 18-hole Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club. But it’s not just about golf – there’s lots of great stuff for all the family, including a children’s playground and a swimming complex with water slides and ‘lazy river’ ride. There’s a clubhouse too, home to the casual Regal Palms Bar & Grill. You can dine indoors or out, and there’s a takeaway menu for the pool area. The wonderful spa and health club has a gym, whirlpool, sauna and steam room. At Highlands Reserve you have
2 choices: you can stay at Regal Palms Resort at Highlands Reserve. This is where the clubhouse, swimming complex and spa are based. Alternatively, you can stay in a Pool Home at Highlands Reserve. These have their own pools and are dotted around the golf course.
