Townhouses sleep 4 or 6 people. They have either 2 or 3 bedrooms. Upstairs is the master bedroom with sitting area and en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate bathroom and either 1 or 2 additional bedrooms. There is also a separate downstairs WC. The open-plan living/dining room boasts cable TV, DVD and CD player. The kitchen comes very well equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
Minimum stay
7 nights 01 Jan-30 Apr '12, 16-31 Dec '12 and 01 Jan-30 Apr '13. 3 nights 01 May-15 Dec '12.
Additional information
Please note: If your stay is less then 7 nights, a local one-off cleaning fee of $95 is payable locally for the duration of your stay.
Townhouses do not have private pools. There is a communal swimming pool for residents' use, set in landscaped gardens.
A deposit card is required, approx US$250.
