Despite feeling removed from the hustle and bustle, the resort is actually only 3 miles from WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort giving you fantastic access to the theme parks. It's even closer to Kissimmee which offers an excellent range of shops, bars and restaurants. All of the villas featured, include a screened pool for cooling off in after a busy day in the Florida sunshine. There are also a variety of facilities on offer within the resort such as a communal pool, tennis, volleyball and a fitness room. If you're feeling sociable, head to the communal clubhouse - the perfect place to meet with fellow guests for pre-dinner chat and drinks.

Please note: All villas are non-smoking. Security Deposit/Damage Waiver – a non-refundable ADW (accidental damage waiver) is payable on arrival which covers for any accidental damage up to a specified amount. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme. Should customers not wish to take this option, there is a $300 security charge on a major credit card, which is refunded on departure, once the property has been checked. The homes shown are only representative of the standard of accommodation available.
