5- and 6-Bedroom Villas feature a 'personal' swimming pool and screened-in furnished sundeck. The spacious, open-planned kitchen is fully-equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and tea/coffee maker. Typically villas have at least 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en-suite, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and other bedrooms have either queen-size or twin beds.
5-bedroom villas sleep max 12 persons. 6-bedroom villas sleep max 14 persons.
Extra beds are typically a sleeper sofa, or roll-away beds and must be requested at the time of booking.
Minimum stay
Minimum stay: 7 nights at all times.
Additional information
Please note: All villas are non-smoking. Security Deposit/Damage Waiver – a non-refundable ADW (accidental damage waiver) is payable on arrival which covers for any accidental damage up to a specified amount. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme. Should customers not wish to take this option, there is a $300 security charge on a major credit card, which is refunded on departure, once the property has been checked.
