Hotel information

It's nice to have a bit of space, and this hotel sits in 24 acres of it. The grounds include not only 3 pools and 2 kids' pools, but also an 18-hole mini-golf course. Who can resist having a go at that? Best news of all for you and the kids is that there's a FREE kids' club (4 times per week). You drop them off at 5.00pm and pick them up at 9.00pm. While they are entertained (and fed!) you can relax. Perhaps you'll enjoy a sundowner in Hurricane Sam's, overlooking the lake. You can eat there too, and there are also plenty of restaurants an easy drive away. In the mornings you have the choice of an all-American, all-you-can-eat buffet in the Greenhouse Restaurant, or perhaps a doughnut and coffee in The General Store and Deli. You'll need to fuel yourself to explore the magic of the WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort, which is just a 5-min drive from here. As well as serving the theme parks, the shuttle service will take you to Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores, with bargains available at outlets such as Gap, Sony, Calvin Klein and many more.

Eats and drinks

The Greenhouse Restaurant serves good-value American buffet breakfasts. Hurricane Sam's Bar & Grill, open evenings, serves appetisers, salads and sandwiches. There is also a Pizza Hut™ restaurant. The General Store and Deli provides quick breakfasts, coffees, sandwiches and snacks. 2 poolside bars (open seasonally) serve hot dogs, snacks, beers, wine and soft drinks.
