Palm Beach is one of Florida’s best kept secrets – and we’ve uncovered it for you! Named after the palm trees which are dotted around the area – the trees are actually impostors! When a Spanish cargo ship en route from Havana was wrecked off the coast, the coconut cargo was washed ashore and grew up into the trees that Palm Beach is named after! It is well known for having a relaxed Caribbean atmosphere, as well as beautiful beaches and a wonderful mix of culture, history and nature.
Singer Island is located to the east of Palm Beach. Named after the Singer Sewing Machine founder, Singer Island has parks, marinas, hiking and bike paths, as well as 47 miles of sparkling white sand beaches making it the perfect place to slip on your flip flops and relax few days.
