Villas typically have 1 master en-suite bedroom with king-size or queen-size bed, a 2nd bedroom with queen-size or double bed and a 3rd/4th bedroom with 2 twin beds. There are typically 2 bathrooms, with 1 en-suite to the master bedroom. 3-Bedroom Villas sleep up to 6 people. 4-Bedroom Villas sleep up to 8 people.
Room Upgrade
3 and 4 Bedroom Superior Villas are larger with additional living area, upgraded kitchen appliances and counters, flat screen TV in the main living area, free high speed wireless Internet access, TV in the Master suite and all homes have fantastic Lake or Golf Course views.
Minimum stay
7 nights 16-31 Dec '12 and 01 Jan-30 Apr '13. 3 nights 01 May-15 Dec '12.

Please note: If your stay is less then 7 nights, a local one-off cleaning fee of $95 is payable locally for the duration of your stay.
