This service is available for all Virgin Atlantic passengers between noon and
9:00pm at Gatwick and allows you to check in the night before your flight -
located at Virgin Atlantic's check in desks (Zone A, South Terminal).

Just go to www.virginatlantic.com/diy - It allows you to beat the queues and check in from home any time between 24 hours and 2 hours prior to departure.
*This service is available to all Virgin Atlantic passengers except: unaccompanied minors; young persons travelling alone; customers required by Virgin Atlantic to see a member of staff before checking in; some customers booked as part of a group or corporate group; customers checking in firearms; customers who are already checked in.

Online check in*
Just go to virginatlantic.com/checkin It allows you to beat the queues and check in from home or work any time between 24 and 2 hours prior to departure. You can now also print your boarding pass from home (available on selected routes only). Online check in will also allow you to choose the seat you like. Seats in exit rows can only be allocated at check in and then only to passengers who are over 16 and physically fit. Bulkhead seats are reserved for those requiring a SkyCot for infants under 12 months. To reserve a bulkhead seat please call 0871 231 0231 (Mon-Fri 9.00am-5.30pm). Relax in the clubhouse before you fly
The Virgin Atlantic Clubhouses at Heathrow and Gatwick are an oasis of calm
in a sea of noise and bustle. You can be pampered with a massage, manicure or
a haircut, be served drinks and be tempted with our delicious menu. You can
also use our full business facilities or simply find a quiet space to read the
paper.
The Heathrow Clubhouse has been designed to give the feel of a private
members club. Inside you'll find a 14 metre long cocktail bar. There's also our new spa, Cowshed at the Clubhouse and a
hairdressing salon, Bumble and bumble at the Cowshed.
Now pre-bookable at £35 per person for Gatwick and £60 per person for Heathrow
(min age 12 years), if you are flying with Virgin Atlantic.
