Wed: Limón, Costa Rica
10.00am: After a leisurely breakfast, it's time to head out to Limón, a haven of spectacular beaches that stretch for miles, jungle rivers perfect for rafting and kayaking, and wonderful historic ruins. Depart 6.00pm.

Thu: Colón, Panama
7.00am: There's more to Panama than the canal. Panama's ethnic mix is reflected in its arts. You can shop for traditional arts, tour an Embera Indian village or take part in a peaceful kayaking trip. Depart 4.00pm.

Fri: Leisure at sea
Feeling lucky? The on-board casinos are some of the largest at sea. Afterwards, head to the nightclub and dance the night away.

Have you strolled under the stars, laughed at the late-night comedy show? Enjoy your last day... and night.

Wed: St Maarten
7.00am: Located in the middle of the Leeward Islands, Antigua is very laid-back, with beaches galore and safe waters. You will be spoilt for choice with things to see and do on this beautiful island. Depart 6.00pm.

Thu: Tortola
7.00am: Here you can swim and snorkel into underwater caves and among colourful coral reefs. Or take a scenic island tour up Fort Hill to Cane Garden Bay, where you can relax on spectacular white sand beaches. Depart 3.30pm.

Sat: Nassau, Bahamas
1.00pm: Whether you spend the day shopping for duty-free gifts and mementos, taking a carriage ride past sorbet-coloured buildings, or touring in a glass-bottom boat, chances are you'll leave the Bahamas with lots of beautiful memories. Depart 8.00pm.

Sun: Return to Fort Lauderdale
8.00am: Arrive back at Fort Lauderdale.
