Antigua

Located in the middle of the Leeward Islands, in the eastern Caribbean, Antigua is a wonderful holiday destination with something for everyone. Very laid-back, it has beaches galore, safe waters and a nearly unbroken wall of coral reef. Horatio Nelson's fully restored dockyard makes for a great day out, as does the capital of St John's with its lively market and duty-free shops.

St Lucia

Boasting some of the Caribbean's loveliest mountain scenery, the volcanic island of St Lucia is covered in lush vegetation. Our Sandals hotels are on the northwest coast, so we highly recommend you take some excursions round the island to appreciate its diversity. The famous Pitons are an essential stop, as is the drive-in volcano and botanical gardens.

Bahamas

Over 200 pristine white sand islands and 700 cays make up the Bahamas. The climate is mild year-round, the beaches are excellent and there's plenty to do - one day you can be snorkelling, the next feeding sharks! New Providence is home to Nassau and famous Cable Beach.

Cuba

If you're looking for a Caribbean experience that's really not like anywhere else in these turquoise seas, it has to be Cuba. The Caribbean's biggest island offers all the pleasures we associate with this part of the world: sun, sea, sand and a laid-back vibe but with a difference.

Jamaica

The classic Caribbean attractions of palm-lined beaches and a wide range of water sports are very much in evidence on this large island, but Jamaica is also spectacularly beautiful. Dunns River Falls is breathtaking both the view and the climb! The island's strong musical culture is everywhere - Bob Marley's legend and music really does live on here.

Turks and Caicos

This small chain of islands and tiny cays is a British Crown Colony and has something of a castaway feel. The hotel we have chosen for you is located on an amazing 12-mile long beach at Grace Bay on the island of Providenciales, known locally as 'Provo'. Pleasures are pure and simple here. You'll spend your days on the beach, exploring other islands and generally soaking up the sun.
