Qualified divers can explore the colourful local reefs with up to 2 boat dives a day FREE of charge. If you're new to the sport, take a Resort Course which will teach you the basics and allow you to dive once daily with a Sandals Instructor (a one-off fee of approx $70 will be charged for this course and 5-day PADI certification courses are also available at an extra charge)†. Sailing, windsurfing, catamarans, Hobie Cats and snorkelling are all available too, with FREE tuition; some resorts even offer water-skiing.

† Night dives are also available at a local charge. NB: In Cuba, the 1st dive per day is FREE for all PADI or resort-certified guests and the 2nd dive per day is approx $40CUC.
