The aptly named Heavenly is one of the largest ski areas in America and the only one to span two states, California and Nevada. As well as some awesome views, it boasts over 360 inches of snow per year and more than 300 days of sunshine. Covering 4,800 acres, there are 90 trails altogether with terrain to suit every type of skier. The longest run is a whopping 9 kilometres and there are lifts enough to transport 41,000 people per hour! Renowned for its nightlife, the bustling casinos of Nevada are a big attraction plus there are late night clubs galore. There’s also every type of restaurant you can imagine and at the The Village at Heavenly there's some superb shopping, restaurants and hotels, plus an ice-skating rink and cinema complex with nearby outlet malls. The Heavenly Gondola is its centre point, making access to the mountain quick and easy. après-ski. All the lifts at Heavenly access blue terrain so you can get anywhere on the mountain! Black runs are dotted all across Heavenly.
