Can I Pre-purchase Lift Passes when Booking?
Yes. When booking online you will be given the option to pre-book your lift
pass after you have selected your hotel and car rental.
How Do I Rent Ski Equipment?
You can hire ski equipment in resort or by pre-purchase. Certain pre-bookable
rentals are not available online to book. However, you can add these on at
any time after you have made your booking by emailing our
reservations team
with your booking number and request.
Which Resorts Are Good for Beginners?
Tremblant and
Breckenridge
are good for beginners with the added benefit over European resorts of English speaking instructors.
Do You Offer Weddings on the Slopes?
Yes. You can get married in Lake Tahoe,
Whistler,
Banff and
in Lake Louise. Please contact our weddings

What Are the Requirements for Snow Chains when Driving in the Us?
In New England, Colorado, Utah and Canada, snow chains are not permitted.
All rented vehicles in California can be supplied with snow chains, which can
be bought for $35 ($27 credit return if unused). Chains are required for famous "dumps" of
snow and high passes with "Drive with Care" conditions. Advice on
fitting chains can be obtained from garages displaying "Chains supplied
and fitted"
When I try and book a hotel in Mammoth, there are 2 hotels which come up in the online
booking process - the hotel in Mammoth and The Four Points LAX. Why is this?
Due to flight times and the driving time to Mammoth,
your first night is spent in LA at the Four Points hotel at LA airport. This
is included in the price. That way the spectacular 5 hour drive to Mammoth can
be done when you're feeling fully refreshed.

Which Resorts Have a More Traditional Atmosphere?
Banff has spectacular scenery.
Do You Charge for Ski Carriage?
We do not charge for ski carriage like some other operators. As long as your skis/board and boots fall within your baggage allowance there is no charge.
Do I Need Insurance?
You must, repeat MUST have proper travel insurance. Some
policies charge extra for winter sports so please ensure you have adequate
cover.
