You have chosen the perfect resort for your ski & board holiday! now all you need to know is how to get there.
To help you decide we have put together an easy guide on the options available to you, including transfer prices and the driving/transfer time between the airport and resort selected.
You will find that car rental is available for all of our resorts so you can take your own sweet time, admire the scenery and stop off en route for photo opportunities should any of the stunning views tickle your fancy.
However we know not everyone can drive or wants to when on holiday, so where possible we offer pre-bookable transfers, with some resorts even offering private transfer options for a bit of added luxury.

Time to Resort
USA:
- San Francisco to South Lake Tahoe: 4 to 4.5 hours.
- San Francisco to North Lake Tahoe: 4 to 4.5 hours. Please note if travelling to North or South Lake Tahoe you can book and pay for an internal flight to Reno, and then pick up your car and drive to Lake Tahoe (approx 45 mins) or pre-book the North or South Lake Tahoe Express transfer which takes you from Reno to Lake Tahoe. (Transfers from San Francisco to Lake Tahoe are NOT available).
- Los Angeles to Mammoth Mountain: 5 hours.
- Denver to Breckenridge: 1 hour 40 mins.
- Boston to New Hampshire: 2.5 to 3 hours.
- Boston to Stowe: 3 hours 50 mins.
- Boston to Killington: 3 hours 10 mins.
Canada:
- Vancouver to Sun Peaks: 5 hours.
- Vancouver to Whistler: 1 hour 45 mins.
- Calgary to Banff: 1 hour 40 mins.
- Calgary to Lake Louise: 2 hours 30 mins.
- Edmonton to Jasper: 4 hours 10 mins OR Calgary to Jasper – 5 hours 30 mins.
- Montreal to Tremblant: 1 hour.
Transfer Options & Prices
In many of the Ski and Board resorts we feature transfers are available to book instead of taking a car.
Prices for the return transfers are as follows:
- South Tahoe Express: From £39 Adult return / £24 Child (4-12 years) return, children 3 years and under free of charge. Available from Reno only - not San Francisco
- North Tahoe Express: From £46 per person return (all ages including infants).Available from Reno only - not San Francisco
- Breckenridge: From £110 per person return. Please call us for current Breckenridge transfer schedule to ensure your flight can be serviced.
- Whistler: From £101 per person return. Guests pre-booking and paying for transfers from Vancouver airport to Whistler with flights arriving into Vancouver between 8.00pm and 7.30am, or flights departing Vancouver between 10.30pm and 9.30am MUST book a private transfer. Shared coach transfers are NOT available between these times and will not be provided without additional cost being charged locally.
- Whistler private mini-van: From £432 per vehicle return (1-4 persons) and from £534 per vehicle return (5-8 persons).
- Banff: From £64 per Adult return / £32 Child (6-15 years) return 01-15 Dec '12. From £67 per Adult return / £33 Child (6-15 years) return 16 Dec '12-30 Apr '13.
- Lake Louise: From £89 per Adult return / £45 Child (6-15 years) return 01-15 Dec '12. From £93 per Adult return / £46 Child (6-15 years) return 16 Dec '12-30 Apr '13.
- Tremblant Private: From £178 per person return (min 2 people). Price shown is based on a standard size vehicle, however if taking your own ski/board equipment a larger vehicle will be required. Please call us for costs and availability for a larger and suitably sized vehicle.
