You can never be too prepared for a winter sports holiday, so make a list and you won’t be found wanting on the mountain. Many of these items can be expensive to buy or hire locally, so spending a little now might save you a lot later on.
Here is our guide to a few essential items you won’t want to be without this winter…

We would always recommend taking a selection of warm clothes, both for under your ski wear and to wear in the evening. You also can’t go wrong with layers, so if you have space in your bag pack as many tee shirts, roll-necks and thermals in as you can! A pair of study shoes (as opposed to trainers) is also a must, as there may be ice on the ground.
Finally, don’t forget – failing to prepare is preparing to fail!
