Alaska has an ever-changing landscape and from the wondrous snow-covered scenes in the depths of winter to glorious sunny days in the summer months this is a spectacular region of North America just waiting to be discovered and enjoyed.
No matter what time of year you arrive you’re sure to be met with a warm and hearty welcome and it won’t be long before you’re kicking back in your log cabin or at the local eatery with a plate of something delicious contemplating your next day’s adventures.
As the Last Frontier does have such a beautiful and expansive backdrop you’ll find plenty of outdoor activities right on your doorstep and getting around couldn’t be easier as mountain biking, horseback riding or, if the weather’s right, cross-country skiing ideal ways to make the most of the clean, fresh, Alaskan air.
