With hiking trails for all levels of explorer, from the easy stroll along the meandering Whistler Valley Trail, to the alpine hiking network, reached by the Peak 2 Peak gondola which links both mountains for a uniquely exciting experience. If you like your fun on two wheels, Whistler boasts an extensive trail network designed to explore the beautiful Canadian landscape and one of the best mountain biking parks in the world. For those who seek a real adrenaline rush, the frothy waters of the many rivers are ideal for a spot of white water rafting!
You may like to try your hand at zipping through the local forests on our Zipline Adventure Tour. If you prefer to keep your feet firmly on the ground bring your clubs and try one of the four outstanding championship courses, two of which were designed by golfing legends, Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer.
Families will love Blackcomb Base Adventure Zone where you'll find plenty of rides to keep the kids happy for hours. Also recommended is a day relaxing at a lake beach, they can be found at Lost Lake and Rainbow Park, make sure to pack some sunscreen as the sun can be surprisingly strong.

Getting around
Whistler Village is pedestrian-only and everything is within walking distance. There is a free village shuttle, plenty of taxis, and Whistler's convenient public transit system, which can return you to your hotel. In Victoria one of the best ways to explore the downtown hub is on foot. For all other areas your hire car is your chariot!
