Anaheim is Orange County's second biggest city and, since the arrival of Disney in 1955, is known as place where dreams come true!
In a nutshell
DISNEYLAND Resort is one of the most popular attractions in Anaheim, but there are other great theme parks with equally thrilling rides within easy driving distance, including Knott's Berry Farm, Knott's Soak City Orange County and LEGOLANDT California.
Staying closer to home, Anaheim boasts one of the largest aquariums in the world - the Aquarium of the Pacific - with over 1,000 species at which to marvel. The Discovery Science Museum, with 120 hands-on exhibits, is also recommended, as is Adventure City - a mini-megalopolis dedicated entirely to children. For shopping, dining and entertainment, head to the Block at Orange. Also, recently opened is the Anaheim Gardenwalk, featuring plenty of famous-name shops and restaurants.

There is certainly no shortage of places to eat and drink in Anaheim, to suit every taste and budget. Hot spots include TGI Friday's, Red Robin and ESPN Zone.
Getting around
Most of our Anaheim hotels are within walking distance of the DISNEYLAND Resort. All of them have shuttle services to the DISNEYLAND Resort, in many cases FREE of charge. Many of the hotels also have shuttle services to other theme parks such as Knott's Berry Farm and to the local malls. If heading further afield, to the beaches for instance, you'll need your hire car.
