You can book most of our USA holidays online securely 24 hours a day. If you just want to check
availability or get a price for your holiday, you follow the same steps as 'Booking Your Holiday' below. You are
not committing to booking a holiday until you enter your credit/debit card details.
Booking Your Holiday
Once you have chosen your hotel, scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see a section entitled 'Online
Booking' and a form where you can enter your requirements. Then just follow the instructions on screen. It's very easy!
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt your details as they are being sent back and forth across the Internet.
Give yourself the choice of hotel rooms to reserve. Book early! This also enables you to find out about all the special offers and discounts we have up our sleeves.
Payment
Payment is by debit or credit card when you book. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt your details
as they are being sent back and forth across the Internet. Please note for payment by credit card there is a surcharge
of 1.5% (no charge for debit card). This will be automatically added to your booking.
Children/Teens
We have some excellent child prices throughout this website and these are shown in the price panel.
We have not included child prices on some of our tours as we do not feel that they are suitable for
children. However, should you wish to take your child on a tour then we will provide a price. To
qualify for the child prices, children must be between 2-11 years of age and sharing a room with
2 adults using existing bedding.
Teen prices - applicable in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Boston (12-16 yrs) when sharing a room with a minium of 2 adults.
Documents
Your tickets will be sent at approximately 14 days before departure or you will
collect them from the airport if you book within 2 weeks. Don't forget your passport!
Online bookings will be confirmed by e-mail (if e-mail address is provided) and
later in writing.
Special Requests
If you have special needs (e.g. wheelchairs) or wish to order a special meal
please call us after you have bought your holiday (please note we need at least
48 hours notice prior to departure). If you want to pre-book your seats on Virgin
Atlantic please call 0871 222 0050 (Mon-Fri, only available
within 180 days of departure). Please read our Booking

Once you have made your booking
When you book online we will acknowledge receipt by e-mail if you have
given us your address, but we confirm the booking by sending you a
Confirmation Invoice, a contract will exist as soon as this is issued,
your contract will be concluded in English. Bookings made 8 weeks or
less to the departure date must be paid for at time of booking the
reservation. For all other bookings, the Balance is to be paid 8 weeks
before departure (unless otherwise stipulated). After we have received payment
of the Balance and approximately 14 days before departure, a summary of your
Insurance Policy (if you have taken ours), air tickets, travel information,
joining instructions, and luggage labels will be sent to you.
