Toronto

Arrive in Toronto and transfer to your hotel. After checking-in, the rest of the day is yours to spend at leisure, relaxing in a gourmet restaurant downtown perhaps before a nightcap in the hotel bar. The next day enjoy a complimentary tour on-board the Hippo. A great way to get to grips with your surrounds, this amphibious bus introduces you to Toronto’s landmarks before diving into the water for a tour of the harbour front. Admission to the CN Tower is also included. Ride the glass-fronted elevators to the top for amazing panoramic views of Toronto and Lake Ontario.
Toronto – Montreal

Make your way to Union Station today to board VIA Rail’s The Corridor train to Montreal. Sit back and relax in air-conditioned comfort as you admire ever changing views through crystal clear windows. As well as numerous quaint towns alongside Lake Ontario, you’ll pass the historic city of Kingston, the Thousand Islands region and ride close to the American border before crossing into the province of Quebec. Arrive in Montreal late afternoon, heading downtown to get a feel for this vibrant and cosmopolitan city. The next morning there’s a full-day bus excursion to beautiful Quebec City with its ‘joie-de-vivre’ atmosphere and historic treasures. Your expert guide provides narration as you tour North America’s only walled city, taking in the Upper and Lower Towns, the Parliament Buildings, the Plains of Abraham and the Citadel. You’ll also visit the Montmorency Falls, just outside of Quebec City, an impressive and enchanting sight that’s not to be missed!
Montreal - Halifax
1 night VIA Rail Sleeper

Before departure, enjoy a sightseeing tour of Montreal, admiring the Notre Dame Basilica, the charming Latin Quarter, the Olympic site and much, much more. Afterwards, transfer to the train station to board VIA Rail’s The Ocean, enjoying a delicious dinner and comfortable night’s sleep as you travel. Wake up to the beautiful scenery of the Baie des Chaleurs before heading southwards across New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, reaching Halifax mid-afternoon. After your train journey, relax awhile at your hotel or start exploring this charming city, located on one of the world’s largest natural harbours. Rich in maritime heritage, there are plenty of museums to visit or simply chill out in one of the waterfront cafes. The next day, enjoy a guided tour of Halifax, bringing to life over 250 years of history. The evening is yours to spend at leisure, in one of the many restaurants perhaps or sampling some lively nightlife. After a good night’s rest, transfer to the airport for your return journey home.
