1 night's accommodation at Eagle Mountain House This morning we begin with a stop at Portland Head Light - a delightful example of one of Maine's many lighthouses. Next it's on to New Hampshire's White Mountains by way of the picturesque Kancamagus Highway - an old Indian trail which cuts through the National Forest. Included is an amazing aerial tram ride to the summit of Cannon Mountain to admire the breathtaking scenery from the air (weather permitting).

2 nights' accommodation at Four Points Sheraton Hyannis Today we'll travel through the USA's smallest state: Rhode Island, visiting the sailing capital Newport with its palatial mansions - touring one of the more extravagant ones. Then it's on to delightful Cape Cod where you can enjoy a trip to Martha's Vineyard or a whale-watching trip. En route back to Boston we'll visit Sandwich - the Cape's oldest town, and Plimoth Plantation - a living museum of the original pilgrim era, where entry is included. Then, sadly, it's back to Boston to catch your flight back to Blighty!
