The ranch
A scenic 5-hour drive from Vancouver, this ranch effortlessly combines exciting outdoor activities with a world-class spa facility. Home to a horse herd of over 30, there are also chickens, turkeys, rabbits, pigs and a family of Border Collies! Dating back to 1908, all the old structures remain, including a log house and log shed, blending harmoniously with a wide range of recent additions. There’s an indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, hot tub and disc golf course. The Thai-orientated spa offers a full range of facials, massages and beauty treatments, perfect for reviving you after a busy day trekking in the mountains! Although horse riding is the main activity, ring the changes with gold panning, 4 x 4 canyon tours, bird watching and fly-fishing. At night, join in a cowboy cookout, listen to some native drumming and feast on gourmet food with Thai dishes a speciality!
