2 night’s accommodation at West Coast Wilderness Lodge

Transfer independently to the West Coast Air terminal at the Richmond Floatplane base. Travel by floatplane to the small waterside community of Sechelt and on to the West Coast Wilderness Lodge overlooking Jervis Inlet. After settling in, you are ready to explore the wondrous natural surroundings of this unique lodge. Explore one of the most beautiful places in the world while kayaking the protected waters of Sechelt Inlet on this 3 hour tour. Guides of the lodge design each trip differently to suit the tides and your abilities. On this excursion you may visit Seal Rock to view a colony of friendly seals, these curious creatures will slip into the water for a better view of you! It is not uncommon for half of the pack to escort the tour back to the Lodge dock. The next day, after breakfast, you take part in a Zodiac tour up to incredible Princess Louisa Inlet passing cascading waterfalls that trickle down from craggy granite cliffs. Several cliffs display ancient petroglyphs, rock paintings done by the First Nations of the area. Progressing past the Malibu Rapids, the waterway expands into Princess Louisa Inlet Marine Park - renowned around the world for the beauty of its protected waters. The air up at Princess Louisa is so moist with spray from the Falls that you will see trees covered with thick, emerald-like moss and ferns as you hike along the cedar boardwalks. Enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by master chefs and relax by the sea before being picked up and returned to the lodge.

2 night’s accommodation at Sonora Resort

Today you board a floatplane from the docks of the lodge and continue your journey through the picturesque wilderness of the Pacific west coast. You arrive at the welcome docks of luxurious waterfront lodge accommodation of Sonora Resort, set between the emerald greens of the forest and the azure blues of the water. You have two full days at this comfortable wilderness resort to enjoy the many included facilities as well as optional excursions available at an additional cost. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy unlimited hiking, kayaking, swimming, and tennis throughout their stay. Other optional activities include heli-tours, golf, fish hatchery tours, whalewatching, nature cruises, spa treatments, salmon fishing trips or guided bearwatching trips by Zociac. In the evening, sit down to a gourmet dinner, sip a fine wine on a terrace, or mingle with other guests in one of the lounges or games room. On the final day you depart at 4.00pm from Sonora Resort, returning to Vancouver by helicopter or floatplane.
