Arrive in the Big Apple and transfer to your comfortable Midtown hotel. Settle in and then devote your afternoon to exploring this amazing city. Enjoy a bird's-eye view of the skyscrapers from the top of the Empire State Building, see the Statue of Liberty from the free Staten Island ferry.

New York - Boston

1 night's accommodation at Holiday Inn Brookline
An early start this morning to join the rest of your coach party on the attractive journey north to Boston. Arrive early afternoon and take a sightseeing tour around all the must-sees, including a walking tour of the historic Freedom Trail, discovering Boston Common, Faneuil Hall and the Old State House. Your evening is your own. Enjoy shopping along upmarket Newbury Street or get bargain hunting in Filene's Basement. Dine in Back Bay's great Italian restaurants or casually at Quincy Market.

Boston - Québec City

Today you'll journey through leafy New Hampshire into coastal Maine. You will pass small villages and drive through the picturesque White Mountains, particularly beautiful during the fall foliage. In the late afternoon, cross the U. S./ Canadian border to enter the province of Quebec. Today you'll see how puritan Amish people live in Pennsylvania Dutch country with a visit to a genuine Amish farm and house. They use no electricity, mechanical devices or any modern equipment. Then continue to historic capital, Washington DC. Tomorrow there's a city tour of landmarks including the White House, the majestic US Capitol building, the FBI building, the Arlington National Cemetery where JFK is buried, and other famous monuments.

There's further sightseeing today as you head to historic Philadelphia, where you'll discover more about the United States' history. First visit Independence Hall, where the Declaration of Independence from us Brits was adopted. After this monumental visit, it's back on the coach to the Big Apple, where you have 1 final night to enjoy the sights and sounds of this spectacular city.
